I called him giving information about maybe 5 cars that I was consider purchasing lol. Brian answered and returned each call with information that assisted me with my final purchase. Just recently I have a serious issue that Brian went over and beyond to help me. I can't be mad if things don't work out.You can not control what is out of your control. I appreciate him so much. He is professional, funny, kind and has a soothing voice when communicating information to understand. Not all that jibble jabble. It was just a Chance meeting while driving by his office that I decided to stop in and see it they could assist me . after going to a dozen(12) other well know and not so well know insurance agencies . I was so excited when ABBY and SAMATHA listened to my tale of woh trying to obtain insurance for my beloved and charised automobile (s).
